MANUFACTURING FACILITY
North River Boats is located at 1750 Green Siding Road in Roseburg, Oregon. North River manufactures world-class heavy-gauge aluminum boats in a facility that is owned by over 125,000 square feet of manufacturing space on 10 acres. North River Boats employs 160 people, operating two shifts. The company has state-of-the-art welding equipment, new modernized router tables, press brakes, and shear presses. North River’s paint department has a sandblasting booth and three down-draft paint booths. The shop has six large outfitting bays, a complete canvas and upholstery division, and an extensive quality control inspection bay.
North River Boats has dedicated project managers (PCs) for every commercial boat built. The PC sees the boat through the entire build process, from concept to delivery and reactivation. North River’s design department uses 3-D Rhino design software for precise router-cut parts to ensure a proper fit and an excellent end product. The design team is located in-house and has extensive experience in the marine industry. North River retains a dedicated professional engineering firm to perform the necessary engineering calculations and approvals during the design and build process.
